Enrollment is open throughout the entire year.
We enroll children from the age of 2 until the start of school. In our institution, there are educational groups, homogenous according to the children’s age:
- Ladybugs, for children aged 2 to 3 years;
- Butterflies, for children aged 3 to 4 years;
- Bees, for children aged 4 to 5 years;
- Woodpeckers, for children aged 5 to 6 years;
- Hummingbirds (Preparatory Preschool programme), for children aged 5.5 years until starting school.
In order to enroll, the following documents are required:
- pediatrician's certificate confirming the child is healthy, ready for group and properly vaccinated (no older than 3 days before the child starts kindergarten);
- a completed health record for the child, which is obtained at the preschool institution, and is filled in by the chosen pediatrician;
- a birth certificate for the child.
Note: If the child is a foreign citizen, in addition to the child's birth certificate, which must be translated into Serbian, the child's passport must also be submitted.
At Kreativno pero, we have a special procedure for adapting the child to the social and physical environment in our preschool institution. During the adaptation period to the new environment, teachers, other children and the rhythm of the day, the Kreativno pero Professional Team provides support to the child and parents.
Enrollment in kindergarten is conducted in accordance with the Law on Preschool Education and the Law on the Fundamentals of the Education System. When enrolling, parents fill out an application form, which includes basic information about the child and the family.
When the child arrives at the kindergarten, a doctor's certificate confirming that the child is healthy and a vaccination certificate are required.
Kreativno pero Kindergarten is in the system of city subsidized kindergartens.
Price list for preschool attendance and additional services
The established price of monthly services for an enrolled child is 600 euros for the day care (from 8AM to 5PM.).
The established price of monthly services for each subsequent child from the same family is 540 euros for the day care.

Payment is made in dinars (RSD), according to the middle exchange rate of the National Bank on the day of payment.

Subsidies
As an accredited preschool institution, our kindergarten is part of the subsidy system of the city of Belgrade. Parents who are eligible for reimbursement of part of the costs of their child's stay in a private preschool institution include:
- parents who are citizens of the Republic of Serbia;
- parents of children registered in the territory of the city of Belgrade;
- parents whose child has not been allocated a place in the state kindergarten.
Notice on the Collection and Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Personal Data ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 97/2008, 104/2009 - other law, 68/2012 - Decision of the Constitutional Court, and 107/2012), and concerning the data contained in this form, we inform you:
- That data is collected for the purpose of maintaining records in accordance with the law;
- That data is entered into pedagogical documentation and public documents issued by the institution;
- That the users of the data are: employees authorized to maintain records and the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development;
- That the processing of data is carried out based on the law and by-laws regulating secondary education or based on the consent of the individual, or the legal representative of the individual to whom the data relates;
- That you can revoke consent for data processing that is carried out without a legal basis, in written form or orally in a record, and that you are obliged to compensate the data controller for justified costs and damages, in accordance with the regulations that govern liability for damages;
- That VOS Kreativno Pero is subject to misdemeanor liability if it processes data that is not permitted.

By signing, I confirm that VOS Kreativno Pero has informed me about the processing of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Protection of Personal Data, and by signing this request, I give voluntary consent for the data I provide to be processed in accordance with Article 3 of the aforementioned law.
